How are envelopes counted?
An envelope is one send for signature. It can hold several files and several signers, and is counted when sent. On Business everyone starts with their own 50 envelopes a month (250 on a premium seat). After that, they use the organization's shared envelopes.
What is a premium seat?
A Business seat for one person who sends a lot: 250 envelopes a month for ฿2,000 a month (฿1,600 billed annually). Mix it with standard seats from the start.
How do I request a trial?
Contact our team on LINE. We'll set up a company account with enough envelopes for your trial so you can send real documents for signature before choosing a plan.
Do signers need a seat?
No. Seats are only for people in your organization who create and send envelopes. External signers sign via an email link at no cost.
What happens if I go over my quota?
On Business, top up 100 envelopes at a time for ฿1,000. Top-ups go to a shared pool anyone in the organization can use. Enterprise quotas are agreed with our sales team.
Business or Enterprise?
Choose Business to start right away. If you have many users and want seats and envelope quotas set to fit your organization, contact sales for an Enterprise plan.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Features are identical. Annual is paid 12 months upfront at a lower monthly price: ฿400 per Business seat. Monthly is paid month by month.
Can I add seats or change plans?
You can add seats and upgrade at any time. Cancellations and refunds follow our Terms of Service.
Can you issue a tax invoice to my company?
Yes. Prices exclude 7% VAT, and we issue a tax invoice in your company's name for every payment.
