The basics
Electronic signatures and digital signatures
More and more business now happens through electronic and digital transactions. Among them are electronic signature and digital signature systems
Electronic signatures are becoming the new standard for business transactions , with clear usage guidelines in a recommended standard, so organizations can confidently choose the signing method that suits each task and get transactions done faster and more conveniently.
- Sign anywhere, anytime
- No printing, no couriers
- Fast and convenient
Every type has the same legal effect as signing on paper under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001).

FAQ
Questions about Frevation eSigns Flow?
What's the difference between a digital signature and an electronic signature?
An electronic signature is any signature made electronically. A digital signature is a type of electronic signature that uses a certificate and encryption, so you can verify who signed and that the document hasn't been changed since — ideal for high-stakes documents.
Are documents signed with Frevation eSigns Flow legally valid?
Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001) gives electronic signatures legal effect. Frevation eSigns Flow designs its identity verification, signing and evidence steps to support use under that law. Some document types have specific requirements, so check with your legal team.
Do signers need an account?
Signers receive a link by email to sign. For digital signatures, signers need to verify their identity with ThaID and have a certificate first — Frevation eSigns Flow guides them through it.
How do I verify the signatures in a document?
Use the document verification page in Frevation eSigns Flow, or open the file in a PDF reader that supports digital signatures, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which shows the signers and whether each signature is valid.
Do you support stamp duty?
Yes. Frevation eSigns Flow supports electronic stamp duty from the Revenue Department. Add the stamp-duty QR code, Frevation eSigns Flow checks that it was issued by the Revenue Department, then places it on the signed document.
